T.J. & I went to see the movie
Fireproof last week and it really moved us. If you haven't seen it, I would recommend that you find some time to go and view it with your spouse. There are so many things in that movie that have been burned in our minds and it has spurred several conversations between both T.J. and me and with others. You will be blessed by it.

This stuff has been a blessing for our family this week. Keegan has been biting & chewing on his fingers & toes until they bleed. We are constantly asking him to please remove his fingers from his mouth. So, I found this stuff at Wal-Greens to apply to Keegan's fingernails so that he will remove his fingers immediately from his mouth. The ingredients in this stuff initially troubled me: Cayenne pepper extract, citric acid, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, & lacquer. It also says it's flammable and stains clothing & furniture finishes. If he rubs it in his eyes it may even cause stinging. So, now you can see why I was concerned, but it has truly worked wonders. It's a "gentle" reminder to him not to chew on his fingers. He has learned quickly and the peace that is in my home now due to this stuff is well worth the $7.00 I spent on the bottle. He's even asking us to apply it to help him remember not to stick his fingers in his mouth. Amazing!
